What do you charge for your event rentals?

PRICING:

The below prices apply to orders of $800 or more within our delivery radius. If you are interested in a smaller order, please contact us for specific pricing.

8-Foot Vineyard Tables - $100/each

Crossback Chairs - $5/each

Hexagon Archway - $150/each

Round Archway - $75/each

Sweetheart Table - $100/each

Round Cocktail Tables - $35/each

Delivery Fees - Dependent on your order and location. Please contact us for details.

We deliver primarily in the South King County area. Please contact us to check your location with us. On occasion we are able to deliver outside our usual radius. Additional delivery charges will apply.

Can I rent just one or two tables for a head table and/or gift table?

Yes you may! However, keep in mind, depending on the location of your event we might not be able to accommodate a small order for a long-distance event. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us with your specific needs and we will see what we can work out.

How do I reserve my date?

Please reach out to us via email or our contact form. We will contact you with the necessary forms and details regarding a deposit to secure your date.

When will you deliver my order?

Orders are delivered the day of your event and picked up that same evening. Pickup and drop off time will vary based on your event, timing, weather, etc. Please let us know when your event starts and ends as well as any special drop off accommodations you’d like to request. We are flexible and strive to accommodate reasonable requests.

What does the delivery fee cover?

We assume full responsibility for the delivery of your order, from our warehouse to its final destination at your event, including setting up the tables, archway, etc. Reasonable accommodations must be made for us in order to deliver your order safely and promptly. For example, please let us know as many details about the venue location and set up as possible. Certain locations may be too remote for our delivery so please plan your event accordingly. The client is responsible for ensuring rentals are cleared of all personal/decor items prior to our arrival for disassembling at the end of your event.

What if we damage a rental item?

As reasonable yet fun-loving people ourselves we understand that sometimes during the festivities accidents may happen. Please let us know right away if any damage occurs and we will inspect upon pickup. We handle damages on a case by case basis and should a major repair be required an additional fee may incur. Occasional minor wear and dings are to be expected and we have no intention of charging you for a minor scratch. Just let us know and we’ll work it out :)
